What will you learn?
The workshop takes place at one of our beautiful Zoöps. This day equips you to look beyond human interests only. You'll learn how Zoöps incorporate the voices and interests of non-human life into the decision-making of their organisations.
- You will familiarize yourself with all the basic principles of the Zoöp model;
- And you'll get to know the Zoöp at the workshop location and learn how it operates in practice;
- You’ll experience what it's like to view an organization as an ecosystem with both human and non-human participants, and gain tools to assess the health of this ecosystem;
- Of course you’ll get to meet a Speaker for the Living and learn how they fulfill their role in a Zoöp;
- And you will connect with like-minded people and learn from each other.
Based on this, you'll gain new ideas about what needs to change and which decisions to make to enhance the quality of life for the entire Zoöp.
