Chiesi wants employees to act as an active bridge between the organisation, the neighbourhood and broader society, not only by participating in sustainability initiatives, but also by connecting volunteering, social projects and internal teams with one another. - Shared sustainability data as a foundation
Sustainability information is shared and discussed within the organisation twice a year, not merely for reporting purposes, but to learn together what can be improved. Research is being done into how data can be made comprehensible and meaningful through storytelling, so that everyone can work with it and act on it. - Connecting with biological ecosystems
Chiesi is exploring how their activities – from offices and mobility to procurement and volunteering – are part of broader ecosystems. From these insights, they are actively seeking ways to contribute to the recovery and strengthening of these ecosystems in Belgium and the Netherlands.
